After its establishment, the Center had 21 staff members, now down to 19; including 1 Director; 1 Deputy Director, in charge of Planning and Investment; its administrative management scope covers 10 stations in Quang Ngai Province, including: Tri Binh, Binh Son, Dai Loc, Quang Ngai, Hoa Vinh Tay, Mo Duc, Thach Tru, Duc Pho, Thuy Thach, and Sa Huynh stations, with a railway length of approximately 100km.

All stations have functions related to passenger and freight transportation, but two main stations consistently achieve high passenger and freight transport volumes: Quang Ngai station and Duc Pho station. 
From the very beginning, employees understood that to survive and develop the business, and improve their income and living standards, they had to increase revenue and output. Therefore, they dedicated themselves to serving customers with passion; each employee working in transportation took customer satisfaction as their goal.
